Dan Curry is an American singer/songwriter from Lebanon VA. His charismatic stage presents and heartfelt songs will keep you hopeful and leave you with a smile. Dan studied "The Recording Industry" at Middle Tennessee State University and was secretary of the NSAI along side Eric Paslay, the President of the schools chapter. Dan has since released an independent EP and several independent singles. Notable producuers have been Nashville's Chris August, and producer / engineer Austin Kursave and Bob Boyd. Dan has opened for several bands over the years and shared the stage with all walks of life singer/songwriters including: Pam Tillis, Unspoken, Sidewalk Prophets, Aaron Cole, Chris August, Young Noah, Plain James, Forsaken Hero, David Huff, The Horn Family, and bluegrass legend Larry Sparks. His Newest Release on Vinyl "Some Dan Good Songs" was recorded live to lacquer with some well known musicians including Folk Soul Revival bassist Brandon Sturgill. This was part of Dan's prize for winning overall at the Richard Leigh Songwriting Festival in 2019/2020 with his song "LOVE". Judging included great comments from Richard Leigh, Tony Arata, Evan Stevens, and Jim McBride. Dan has placed many times at several songwriting events and continues to write songs for his ever growing library.
